How It Works
Every Monday at 07:00, GuardianHub generates weekly reports for all 42 client sites. Patrol completion rates, incident summaries, attendance stats, and SLA performance are compiled automatically. Each report is formatted with the security firm's branding. By 07:05, all 42 reports are generated and queued for review. The operations manager spot-checks 3 reports, approves the batch, and they are delivered to clients by 08:00.
